Precision Control for ADAS Testing
TrackBase ControlTM is the core control software of the TrackBase Suite, seamlessly managing both UFObase and the NCAP Library. It enables test engineers to design, coordinate, and execute complex multi-robot scenarios with precision, reliability, and safety.

TrackBase ControlTM provides centralized control of multiple target carriers (UFOs) and Driving Robots, allowing operators to build and execute highly synchronized, repeatable test scenarios. Whether it’s simple trajectory-based tests or complex swarm scenarios involving numerous robots, TrackBase ControlTM enables full visibility and oversight. Operators can live-monitor all connected robots and vehicles, including real-time data such as position, speed, and system status.
Selectable control modes—speed-controlled, path-controlled, and trigger-based—ensure that robots perform according to exact test specifications. Automated and manual triggers allow the setup of events like braking, evasive maneuvers, or lane changes. The control panel ensures that a single operator remains in command throughout the test, enhancing safety and coordination.
UFObase: The Hub for Scenario Creation
At the heart of TrackBase ControlTM lies UFObase, a user-friendly interface that streamlines scenario development, configuration, and test execution. It allows test engineers to define complex trajectories, conduct lightgate tests, and calibrate driving robots quickly—typically in under five minutes.
UFObase includes a dedicated scripting language (UBS) for advanced users who require deep customization of behaviors, event timing, and test logic. Safety is prioritized: each robot features an onboard controller capable of autonomous emergency stops, and additional Humanetics equipment like traffic lights can be easily integrated. Synchronization Software allows tight coordination between UFOs, Driving Robots, and the Vehicle Under Test (VUT), ensuring seamless interaction across systems.
