The Annual Injury Biomechanics Symposium will stimulate and reward strong injury biomechanics research among students and recent graduates. The Symposium Committee invites abstracts of prospective presentations in all areas of traumatic injury biomechanics. Studies of interest include those that quantify human injury tolerance, develop analytical or experimental tools that assess injury risk, or evaluate the effectiveness of safety countermeasures in environments such as automotive crashes, sports injuries or military trauma..
