Humanetics takes product cybersecurity seriously and is implementing measures to meet the applicable requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, commonly known as the Cyber Resilience Act (“CRA”).
The CRA establishes cybersecurity requirements for products with digital elements made available in the European Union. Certain reporting obligations relating to actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents affecting the security of products with digital elements apply from September 11, 2026. The CRA’s principal product cybersecurity requirements apply from December 11, 2027.
Humanetics is reviewing its products and strengthening its product security processes to meet the applicable requirements. These efforts include:
- Product cybersecurity risk assessment;
- Secure product development practices;
- Vulnerability monitoring and management;
- Product-security incident response;
- Security updates and customer communications;
- Supplier cybersecurity coordination; and
- Required regulatory reporting and product documentation.
CRA applicability and compliance will be evaluated for each relevant Humanetics product or product family.
