Using the ATD-BaseWare, several tasks like test preparation, set up of the ATD, and import and export of E2X files, can be achieved with minimal effort. Therefore, the BaseWare functions as a complete control system for digital ATDs, data acquisition systems, digital-sensors and test-systems. And due to its modular system, the parts can be put together according to requirements. 

Together with the HeadUnit, the Rack functions as a test and calibration control system which can be connected to multiple devices and screens. Both can be used as a retrofit kit to upgrade existing test equipment, giving it it the ability to run state of the art certifications.

The Rack contains a touch panel, which functions as the Human Machine Interface (HMI), as well as providing an option to connect with smart devices. It can be used as an upgrade for existing certification and calibration test equipment. By using the Rack Retrofit-Kit, CE-conformity can be achieved even with older test systems. In combination with the other components of the ATD BaseWare, multiple analog or digital ATDs can easily be integrated and ISO compliant reports generated.
