Timothy DeWitt is the Lead Engineer of the Biodynamics Section of the United States Air Force Research Labs at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. In his role, Tim leads a team of personnel on the development of computational modeling tools and physical experimentation to understand, predict, and mitigate Airmen and Guardian musculoskeletal injury in dynamic air and space flight environments. His technical focus areas include Injury Biomechanics, Emergency Egress Systems, Aircrew Flight Equipment, and Finite Element/Rigid Body Occupant Modeling
