Mattis the Impact Operations Supervisor at Stellantis North America, where he oversees full-scale and simulator testing operations at the Chelsea Proving Grounds and the Chrysler Technological Center. Matt leads a diverse team of technicians, mechanics, and engineers, ensuring that all tests are executed efficiently, productively, and in full compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, he manages the Anthropomorphic Test Devices (ATD) lab, overseeing the calibration and certification of all ATDs to meet strict regulatory requirements. Through these efforts, he plays a critical role in advancing vehicle safety by ensuring the integrity and reliability of impact testing and occupant protection evaluations. Matt holds a master's degree in biomedical engineering from Wayne State University, with a focus on impact and injury biomechanics.
