Charon Morgan is the Vice President of Engineering at Autoliv, where she leads the Americas Division for Research, Development, and Engineering (RD&E). She joined Autoliv in August 2022, returning to the automotive industry after a two-year tenure at Eaton, where she led multiple divisions including Crouse-Hinds, B-Line, Airport Lighting, and Oil & Gas. Prior to Eaton, Charon built a distinguished career spanning over two decades at General Motors, holding more than 15 leadership roles across Global Product Development. Her technical and operational leadership extended across North America, South America, and Asia Pacific, with a focus on safety-critical systems, cross-vehicle commodities, and platform architectures.
