With more than 20 years of experience in product design, R&D, manufacturing, and engineering leadership, Brandon has held senior roles at Yanfeng, Joyson Safety Systems, SHIELD, and SynTec Seating Solutions, driving strategic growth and technical excellence across international teams. He holds BSE and MSE degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
