When we innovate, humans thrive.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ERole Purpose: Provides customers, end users, and internal departments with product and technical support by performing the following duties through laboratory technicians.\u003Cbr\u003E\nEssential Functions \u0026amp; Responsibilities:\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003E   \u2022 Access and understand controlled work instructions and procedures.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Open and identify needed prints to complete lab tasks.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Understand and adhere to all lab safety protocols.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Ensure efficient and accurate tracking of laboratory tasks.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Communicate with the laboratory manager regularly to ensure rapid resolution of issues and consistency of applied methodologies.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Assemble, inspect, and disassemble both new production and RMA ATDs and testing equipment.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Performs certification testing on new production and RMA ATDs and testing equipment.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Measures parts for conformity with specifications.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Creation of transducer databases from calibration reports.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Aligns, repairs, replaces, and balances component parts.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Communicate basic information to CSRs for customer orders.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Responsible for maintaining and supporting laboratory compliance with ISO-17025 requirements, including internal auditing.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Read and comprehend testing report readouts and graphs.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks required.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Utilize data collection software, DTS, and ATDM preferred.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Other duties as assigned.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EPhysical Demands:\u003Cbr\u003E\nThe applicant must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for hours at a time.
