This includes ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high safety standards, and achieving production goals. The Plant Manager will work closely with various departments to optimize productivity and ensure the plant runs smoothly.\u003Cbr\u003E\nEssential Functions \u0026amp; Responsibilities:\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and direct all daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Production Management: Plan, organize, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Efficiency Optimization: Analyze workflow, labor, and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, and wages.
