When we innovate, humans thrive.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ERole Purpose: Plans, directs, and coordinates assembly and test processes in industrial plant by performing the following duties\u003Cbr\u003E\nEssential Functions \u0026amp; Responsibilities:\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Identify and implement process improvements to increase safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Develop, evaluate, document, and optimize assembly, manufacturing, inspection, and testing processes.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Develop test procedures, instrumentation, software setups, fixtures, tooling, programs, and product routings.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Analyze production performance, failures, test variability, material performance, workflow, staffing, equipment, and space utilization.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Design, Management, and vendors to support product development and efficient production methods.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Define inspection and quality processes that meet requirements while remaining cost effective.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Estimate production times, staffing needs, equipment requirements, and costs to support planning and management decisions.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Identify manufacturing risks and constraints and develop solutions to mitigate them.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Maintain accurate process, equipment, testing, and project documentation and provide reports to stakeholders.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Use data and statistical methods to evaluate performance, support continuous improvement, and forecast manufacturing needs.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Meet cost, quality, and schedule commitments while supporting an injury-free workplace.\u003Cbr\u003E\n   \u2022 Promote teamwork, cooperation, and compliance with company policies, and perform other duties as assigned.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EEducation and\/or Experience:\u003Cbr\u003E\nBachelor\u0027s degree (B.
